Method
- Cook ravioli per package directions.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
- Deglaze pan with grape juice (optional), simmer 1 minute.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2-3 minutes, until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain ravioli, add to skillet.
- Toss gently to coat.
- Serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
Adjust the amount of heavy cream to achieve your desired sauce consistency.
