Reuben sliders

These Reuben sliders are a delicious and easy way to enjoy the classic sandwich. Perfect for parties or a quick weeknight meal!

Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound thinly sliced corned beef
  • 8 ounces sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice slider buns in half horizontally.
  3. Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
  4. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on top of the dressing.
  5. Place the top half of the buns on top of the cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and Dijon mustard.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the slider buns.
  8. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the buns are golden brown.
  10. Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of caraway seeds to the butter mixture.
