Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally.
- Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
- Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on top of the dressing.
- Place the top half of the buns on top of the cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and Dijon mustard.
- Brush the butter mixture over the top of the slider buns.
- Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the buns are golden brown.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of caraway seeds to the butter mixture.
