  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 pound pasta (linguine or fettuccine recommended)
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup dry white grape juice
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in white grape juice and simmer for 2-3 minutes, reducing slightly.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. Add lobster meat and heat through, about 2 minutes.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Stir in parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice to the sauce.
