- Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in white grape juice and simmer for 2-3 minutes, reducing slightly.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add lobster meat and heat through, about 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Stir in parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice to the sauce.
