Method
- Cook pasta until al dente, reserve 1 cup pasta water.
- Melt butter, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
- Pour in white grape juice, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cream and Parmesan, stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in lobster, heat through for 2 minutes.
- Add pasta to sauce, toss. Add pasta water if needed.
- Serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
For an extra rich flavor, consider adding a splash of sherry or cognac to the sauce.
